1 Tax Collection and Management (Wales) Bill: Consideration of applications for expert adviser
1.1 The Committee considered the applications and the Clerk will contact the preferred candidate.
2 Public Health (Wales) Bill: Initial consideration
2.1 The Committee considered the financial implications of the Public Health (Wales) Bill and agreed to invite the Minister for Health and Social Services in for further scrutiny.

3 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
3.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting.
3.2 Apologies were received from Mike Hedges AM.
4 Future Funding: Evidence session 2
4.1 The Committee took evidence via video conference from Alistair Brown, Director of Financial Strategy and Sean Neill, Deputy Director Fiscal Responsibility, Scottish Government.
4.2 The Scottish Government officials agreed to provide additional information to the Committee on City Deals, and agreed to respond in writing to the questions not reached during the evidence session.
5 Future Funding: Evidence session 3
5.1 The Committee took evidence from Alan Trench, Devolution expert and member of the Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law Review Commission.
6 Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for the following business:
